Fred D. Lang is the president of Exergetic Systems. He has 35 years experience in power plant engineering. Lang originated both the PEPSE and THERM programs. He enjoys a national reputation for development of innovative software, testing methodology and performance monitoring techniques. He holds numerous patents in applied thermodynamics and power plant instrumentation, and has authored over 6 dozen technical articles. He is a graduate nuclear engineer and has advanced degrees in mechanical engineering and business. He is a registered professional engineer in several states in both mechanical and nuclear engineering.
